DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Orders placed at HomeGardeningProducts.com are shipped via our preferred shipping carriers to business and/or residential destinations within the United States and select international destinations (see below). We're sorry, but at this time domestic orders cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box or APO/FPO Box.

DOMESTIC S&H CHARGES:

S&H charges are based on the shipment destination. S&H charges can be calculated before checkout using the destination zip code. All HomeGardeningProducts.com shipments originate from Youngsville, NC 27596 USA.

DOMESTIC GROUND TRANSIT TIMES:

Unless notified otherwise, most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours – Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Transit and delivery times may vary based on carrier and/or destination.

HomeGardeningProducts.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY:

HomeGardeningProducts.com sells only new items, and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

You may return any unopened or unused item to us at your expense within 30 days to the address shown below (also shown on your packing slip). Customer returns sent via Collect Services will be refused.

All refunded returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refunded purchase amount.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Purchase amounts under $5.00

• Item(s) that have been opened and/or used in any manner.

• Any item(s) returned more than 30 days from the original date of purchase.

• Any S&H charges and/or fees applied to your order

NOTE: Any shipment that is refused by the receiver, and/or that is returned by the shipping carrier due to customer error or negligence, will automatically be issued a refund of the purchase amount, minus a $10 Shipping & Handling fee.
